Terms and Conditions

1. Payment:
Full payment is required within 24 hours of sending an invoice to secure your order on my calendar. We accept Zelle, Venmo and credit cards.

2. Design Policy:
All cookies are handmade and custom-decorated. I will do the best of my ability to match your inspiration design(s) and color option(s) but it may not be an exact match. Pictures are worth a thousand words but they’re not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. I do not copy other baker’s work but I will work closely to stay within requested themes and colors. 

3. Changes & Cancellations:
Changes to the order (quantity, theme, date) must be requested at least 30 days before pickup date. Cancellations after this point will result in forfeiture of 50% of the total amount. 

4. Allergies:
Cookies contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, and gluten. While no nuts are used in the recipe, cookies are made in a home kitchen that does processes nuts. I cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.

5. Pickup:
Pickup is available at the agreed time and location in Palmetto Bay. When cookies are ready, I will send you a message to confirm pickup.  Once cookies leave my possession, I am not responsible for any damage due to mishandling or transport.

6. Shelf Life & Storage:
Cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days and should be stored in a cool, dry place. For longer storage, cookies may be frozen in an airtight container.

7. Photography & Social Media:
I reserve the right to photograph and share images of your cookies for promotional purposes. I will not post your cookies before your event. 

8. Refunds: In the event you are not satisfied with the cookies please let me know at time of pickup or within 24 hours. For a full refund you must return the cookies to me.
